The Yakima Housing Authority (YHA) offers affordable housing through a variety of programs. Each program is designed to meet the needs of our community.

HOUSING FOR FAMILIES
YHA owns and manages 150 units for low income families scattered across Yakima County. Rent is determined based on family income.
YHA Family Housing LLC sites:
- Pacific Apartments, Evergreen Apartments, Cascade Apts., Eastwood Apts., Spruce Lane Apts., Edgewood Apts., Willow Lane Apts., Sierra Apts., Parkview Apts., 9th St. Apts., Yakima Terrace, Nueva Primavera.
HOUSING FOR VETERANS
YHA owns and manages Chuck Austin Place in Yakima, WA which offers 42 units for Veterans and their families.
HOUSING FOR THE HOMELESS
Vale Square in Yakima offers 27 homeless units.
HOUSING FOR FARMWORKERS
Please Note: VALLEY 7 IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING MAINTENACE UPDATES. Application will be available shortly.
YHA owns and manages 172 units throughout Yakima County which are set aside for farmworkers and their families. Reduced rents and rental assistance may be available.

H2A HOUSING
YHA owns and manages the Cosecha Court Facility in Granger, WA. For vacancies, please call 509-945-7005.
HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY
YHA owns and manages the Glen Acres and Naches House apartment complexes in Yakima for the elderly. In order to qualify for the one-bedroom units, the individual and his or her spouse must be 62 or older.
