Yakima Housing Authority proudly offers Supportive Housing Services through Washington State’s Foundational Community Supports (FCS) Medicaid Transformation initiative.
Supportive Housing Services help eligible Medicaid clients find and maintain safe, stable housing. Through this service, Yakima Housing Authority (YHA) provides long-term, person-centered support that promotes independence and community integration.
This service is part of the Foundational Community Supports (FCS) program — a Washington State Medicaid initiative that supports people with complex needs who are at risk of homelessness or institutionalization.
